Welcome Home! You will never miss a thing if you visit our three bedroom, two bath Sarasota vacation home located just 5 miles from famous Siesta Key Beach in Sarasota Florida. Miles of pristine, white powdered sand, warm Gulf water, and beautiful sunsets. You’ll find many shops and restaurants in Siesta Key Village. Our home is located in South Gate, a community well sought after for its location, location, location. Centrally located just 2 miles to the Siesta Key Bridge, minutes from downtown Sarasota, 1/2 mile from Westfield Shopping Center and across the street from the shopping center is Publix Grocery Store. You will find all comforts of home with TV’s in each bedroom and living room, two DVD players and VCR, Cable TV, Stereo CD player, unlimited Internet Access (with your laptop) and unlimited Long Distance calling in the U.S.

Major Renovation this year (2006). New Roof, windows (with hurricane shutters), solid wood floors throughout, Kitchen, AC (04), Painted inside and out, and doors. Too many other minor details to mention.

The Kitchen is well equipped for cooking your gourmet meals. New Stainless Steel GE Profile Side-by-side refrigerator, new GE range and Microwave oven, disposal, granite counters and sink, and most importantly, a new GE Dishwasher. Wood cabinets with new solid wood doors and hardware. Glassware service for 20, dish set for eight. George Forman grill, coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, small food processor, pots and pans, ect….

The Living room features a large sectional sofa with recliners at each end for putting up your feet after a long day of adventure. Enjoy your TV viewing with cable TV (with remote), VCR, and DVD player.

Sleeping (for 6) arrangements include one King, one Queen, and two twin beds. All mattresses are brand new (7/2006). All linens included

Heated Park Pool just several miles from house open year around, only $1.00

The Dining area off the kitchen will seat six, plus a high bar table will seat two additional people.The Family Room has loads of fun with books, movies, games and stereo CD player. Sit relax and read one of the many books.Two bathrooms are available. Master bath has shower only with glass doors and second bath has shower-tub combo. All towels included. Laundry Room/Office is under air off the kitchen. Washer and Dryer included with a desk/work area also. This is a large room (21 x 7) with plenty of space. The community pool is just 1/2 mile up the road. You will be able to use a key to enter. You must abide by all the “Pool Rules”. A copy can be sent to you by request. There is an abundant amount of Activities and Attractions in Sarasota. People from around the world come to choose from one of our many beaches: Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Lido Key, Bradenton Beach, and Anna Maria Beach.

10% Florida Sales tax required by law will be added to your bill. First half of all monies will be due 90 days prior to date of arrival with second half due 45 days prior. $500 deposit refunded upon satisfactory inspection. $100 cleaning fee on departure.
